Requirements for Datasets

Document describing the requirements for publishing datasets. By following these requirements, publishers enable users to find and use their datasets. To be found and used, the datasets must be published according to a well-documented, shared and machine-readable publication model. This document describes such a model and its rules. When publishers make their datasets adhere to these rules, they enable consumers – both humans and machines – to use the published data in new and better ways.
